    This will be a glamorous and entertaining cocktail reception where the best submitted videos will be broadcasted and awarded<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Submission opens on March 15<\/b>th<\/b><\/sup> and closes April 22<\/b>nd<\/b> <\/sup><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Video acceptance will be notified by April 24th<\/sup><\/b><\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    On April 30<\/span>th <\/span>accepted videos will be uploaded online on the meeting website and social media to be voted and p<\/span><\/span>resenting authors must register by this date<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Any ophthalmologist can, and is invited, to vote their preferred videos through the meeting web page from May 5th<\/sup><\/b> until May 30<\/span>th <\/span>to create a shortlist of nominees from the eligible submissions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Nominees videos will be broadcasted during the “A Night at the Oscars” event, on Thursday June 12th <\/span><\/strong>, where the best videos will be selected and awarded by an expert panel<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    • Final version of the video should be uploaded during the submission process, together with title, brief synopsis, and list of authors, by the April 22nd<\/sup><\/strong> deadline.<\/div><\/li>
    • Video maximum length is 2 minutes and 30 seconds<\/b>, including opening and closing credits (no exceptions allowed).<\/div><\/li>
    • Video must contain: opening credit (video title, author\/s name and affiliation), English subtitles and an English narrator voice.\u00a0Font of subtitles should be legible but not distracting (avoid busy screen).<\/div><\/li>
    • Maximum number of video submissions as first author allowed: two.<\/div><\/li>
    • Topics allowed: cornea, glaucoma and ocular surface.<\/div><\/li>
    • Videos judging criteria: originality, scientific content, educational\u00a0content, clarity, quality of English, quality of narration, technical quality (sound, images, editing).<\/div><\/li>
    • At least one of the authors must be registered to the meeting by April 30th<\/sup><\/strong>.<\/div><\/li>
    • The video must be in MP4 format<\/b>, resolution 1280×720<\/b>, aspect ratio 16:9.<\/b><\/li>
    • Presenting authors are required\u00a0to upload a head shot, to be used on the meeting web page and social media.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
